Can I collect my order? What are your delivery times?
Yes. All orders must be placed prior to collection, either by Phone or Email in order to allow time for us to process your items.
All deliveries are generally in 1-2 working days for local South Australia
1-5 working days to Perth, Tasmania
1-3 working days NSW, QLD, NT and VIC
3-7 working days to New Zealand
Can I buy tattoo equipment if I don't work at a tattoo shop?
No, you must be working at an official tattoo studio to buy tattoo equipment. Clothing lines, gloves, furniture and aftercare are the only exception to that rule. We cannot support backyard tattooing for health reasons.
For international orders, who pays the customs fees and taxes?
All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver (or importer) of the goods in their respective countries. Unfortunately, these fees are out of our control.
What do I do if my delivery arrives damaged?
Short Answer – Dont sign for the delivery if there is visible damage to the box.Take a photo of the damaged box, then contact us as soon as possible. (Within 3 days)
Long One – Freight companies charge a lot of money to insure individual deliveries so their rule is usually “you signed for it, its yours now.” We try our hardest to pack all orders safely and securely. If your parcel arrives a bit worse for wear (any holes or crushed corners), but you reeaaally need the stock anyway, we suggest signing “with visible damage” and get the driver to acknowledge that on the delivery paperwork. (Taking a photo of that driver with the damaged box is also a good way!!) Furniture deliveries in particular should be thoroughly inspected for damage before signing due to the extra handling these items can incur.
